WADE Maureen (Momo)
Former lollipop lady in the Christchurch area,
Momo passed away peacefully
on Saturday 29th January 2023 aged 78 years.
She will be very sadly missed by her immediate family
and her family at Stour Road Care Home.
Her funeral service will be held on Thursday 23rd February,
3.45 pm at Bournemouth Crematorium.
Family flowers only, but donations for

Oh Mo such a lovely lady used to chat and have a really good laugh many times myself and my daughter used to bring her home from Sainsbury’s with her shopping always gave the grandchildren little treats xxxxxRIP ❤️❤️

🎉⭐️St Anne’s- End of year Awards ⭐️🎉
Restrictions have left us unable to have a party at st Anne’s this year however our home manager Penny still made sure that the staff received their awards.
It’s been a great year for St Anne’s with so much positive feedback & not to forget, making it through to the finals for ‘care home of the year’ - great effort!

🎉⭐️ Stour Road - End of year awards ⭐️ 🎉
Unfortunately due to covid restrictions we were unable to go ahead with our original Christmas party that we had planned to present these awards. So, we took the party to the care home for the staff, where the residents could enjoy the celebrations as well!
Our staff are our biggest asset to both homes and they do an amazing job caring for our residents. The last year has been tough but they have taken it all in their stride and pushed through every obstacle that’s been thrown at them.
From the directors and management at WCN, thank you for all your hard work, commitment and care throughout the last year… 👍

We have installed a new garden room at St Anne's Care Home to allow the use of outdoor space even during the colder months. Somewhere to escape to and contemplate Christmas with Friends and Family. New Garden Room going up at Stour Road as well in the next few weeks 🏡
