We love feedback at St Anne’s, good or bad.
This month we heard from a relative of one of our residents. They wrote about us on carehome.co.uk and left us this feedback:
My father has been a resident of St Anne’s since January 2014. As a family, we are very glad that he is in the care of the professional staff at the home and we are confident that he is well looked after and all his needs are met. As we don’t live locally it makes it convenient to be able to call in whenever we can and my father is always clean, comfortable and well-fed. There is always a friendly atmosphere and a real ‘family’ feeling amongst the staff who are always willing to spend time giving us a catch up on my father is. Highly recommended!
