Location
Beautifully located in Southbourne, near to local facilities, the beach and transport links. The home is warm and welcoming, a fitting place that provides excellent care.
The Team
Lizzie leads a fantastic team, a third of whom have worked here more than 10 years. The stable staff team and high staff to resident ratio helps us achieve our goal of excellent care in a safe, warm, happy environment that is homely in scale.
Surroundings
The home is an amalgamation of two residential properties. It offers a homely environment with 17 rooms, one being a twin, which means that the care is very personal and can be adapted to each individual. There is a large common area and parking to the front and a garden to the rear.
The care she received at St Anne’s had the result of giving us an extra year with my mother and for that, we are eternally grateful. Every single member of the staff treated mum like a family member and nothing was too much trouble for the staff with regard to mum.
Food to improve health and well being
We have a team of chefs who have a wealth of experience in creating dishes for elderly residents who have a range of different diets and requirements.
The kitchen at St Anne’s has a 5 Star Food Hygeine Certificate and offers highly nutritous food.
